The ordering process: Simplified

Much of the work we do is 100% customized. Theres no way to take the communication out of the process. So we’ve thought long and hard about how to make the process of ordering as efficient as possible. While this whole site is still a work in progress, we think this portfolio page will help us to streamline each order as it goes from “first contact” to “final approval” to putting your project on our work list.

Below please find the situation that most closely applies to the order that you want to place. Follow the link and you’ll see a lot of information that used to be contained in a dozen emails. lol You’ll learn what variables you control with your custom order - or if you want to purchase a stock buckle or other in-stock item, you’ll find out that you still have some personalization options available.
