This section is being assembled. But not in a parking lot in Rapid City South Dakota. That’s the incredibly talented Artist-Blacksmith, Chris Gulick, of Pacific Crest Forge, who designed and built the hard part - the part that lights up - and Cityboy Forge did the decorations that tell a story of a life well lived.
