We lovingly refer to these as “Fish on a Stick.” This example is about 4 or 5 inches in length and hand raised from a sheet of sterling silver. I’ve got a video around somewhere of how it’s made. Prices will vary depending on size and materials, but figure they’re about the same price as a belt buckle. These are single sided with a flat back, on a tool steel “stick” with a metal or wood base, made from whatever is handy.
